Thibault Chappe is a French wedding photographer who picked up his first camera at the age of seven. Starting as an amateur photographer, he was always on the lookout for the best setting and lighting conditions – using photography as a way to channel his creativity.
Wedding photography is the art of transforming simple photos into priceless memories.
The first time I picked up a camera was the first time I used a Nikon camera. My parents had a Nikon F-401, which I was able to use occasionally. When I started doing wedding photography, I used a D70, and then moved onto a D300 and a D850 before falling in love with my current camera, the Nikon Z 9.
The ergonomics of a Nikon camera are incomparable, and the optical quality helps me to create flawless images.
